**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope with precision and foresight.
* Lead and manage project resources, including staff procurement, development, motivation, coaching, and advising.
* Collaborate closely with functional project teams to meticulously define business requirements.
* Guide teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that perfectly align with business needs.
* Define comprehensive test plans and ensure products are defect-free prior to User Acceptance Testing.
* Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing robust rollout plans and procedures.
* Prepare and present insightful cost-benefit analyses to inform strategic decisions.
* Ensure the consistent utilization of appropriate systems development and project management processes.
* Deliver impactful presentations to steering committees and project sponsors.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
* PMP or PMI certification.
* 5-7 years of proven project management experience, demonstrating successful project delivery.
* Strong people management and team-building skills, with a track record of fostering collaborative environments.
* Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in exercising judgment within a changing environment, effectively managing competing priorities.
* Proven ability to quickly learn complex business processes and build strong relationships with business partners at all organizational levels.
* Strong ability to assess risk and apply sound management principles to technology applications/products and business functions.
* Experience delivering technology and business application solutions within a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.
* Exceptional initiative and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
* A high degree of professionalism and reliability, with a commitment to meeting schedule and responsibilities without ongoing external commitments.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* MBA or other related advanced degree.
* Recent, hands-on experience implementing enterprise supply chain management software and leading supply chain projects.
