**What You’ll Do:**

* Collaborate with key stakeholders across all business functions to align technology solutions with overarching business strategies.

* Conduct thorough cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to inform decisions on system implementation and upgrades.
* Leverage your informed knowledge of business functions to proactively resolve problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Provide functional support for one or more highly complex business processes, ensuring seamless operation.
* Contribute as a project team member on multiple projects, often simultaneously, managing diverse tasks and aggressive deadlines.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
* 5-7 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
* Basic knowledge of programming languages, enabling comprehension of code and fundamental functions.
* Demonstrated ability to create innovative business solutions that enhance competitive advantage.
* Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques for problem-solving.
* Strong project management skills, capable of managing diverse projects concurrently and meeting aggressive deadlines.
* Adept at solving complex technical problems and understanding intricate details of systems and processes.
