**Key Responsibilities:**

* Actively learn and master existing Artificial Intelligence tools deployed within the organization.
* Continuously adapt to and learn new AI tools as they become available.
* Research and develop practical applications for AI tools to create value within the assembly operations.
* Design and deliver training sessions to educate employees on the effective use of AI tools.
* Develop specialized AI agents to automate and optimize tasks within the assembly environment.
* Engage in independent research and project-based work, seeing initiatives through from concept to implementation.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (4-year degree).
* Demonstrated strong interest in learning and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for training and interacting with various levels of staff.
* Proven ability to work independently, act as a self-starter, and thrive in an environment with minimal structure and ambiguity.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Any level of coursework or project experience related to Artificial Intelligence.
