We’re seeking a creative force to join an innovation-focused Digital Customer Experience team, where you’ll solve complex problems, craft groundbreaking future-state concepts, and influence digital experiences long before they reach development. This pivotal contract role moves beyond feature iteration, inviting you to explore entirely new customer journeys, validate bold ideas, and shape the next generation of digital banking for millions.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with UX Strategists to transform customer insights and journey maps into innovative digital concepts.
• Create multiple high-fidelity concept directions that can be evaluated through customer research.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys for complex banking experiences rather than isolated screens.
• Translate ambiguous business opportunities into compelling UX and UI concepts.
• Iterate concepts based on customer feedback and stakeholder input.
• Conduct competitive research across banking, fintech, and adjacent industries to identify best-in-class experiences.
• Apply and evolve established design patterns while respecting an enterprise design system.
• Document validated concepts for seamless transition into Product Delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, Accessibility specialists, and Design System teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years designing digital products within product design, UX, service design, or concept design environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating discovery work, customer journeys, workflow thinking, and concept development.
• Advanced Figma proficiency.
• Experience creating multiple design concepts from ambiguous requirements.
• Strong UX and UI design skills.
• Experience presenting design rationale to stakeholders.
• Ability to move quickly while balancing creativity with practical implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
