We are seeking a results-driven Content Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing messaging and content efforts. In this role, you will analyze internal competitive insights, sharpen strategic positioning, and craft a multi-channel content strategy engineered to drive conversion and improve organic search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) visibility across LLMs.
You will serve as the content brand champion for targeted educational programs, collaborating closely with analytics, media, affiliate, and internal content teams to ensure messaging is aligned, compelling, and visible across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Positioning & Messaging: Translate complex competitive analysis and internal analytics into sharp, competitive value propositions.
Content Planning & Execution: Design and drive multi-channel content plans that improve organic search ranking and boost AEO visibility across LLMs.
Content Creation & Briefing: Write high-quality, conversion-focused content directly and/or produce comprehensive content briefs for internal writers and agency partners.
Cross-Channel & Brand Ambassadorship: Partner with internal media, affiliate, and community outreach teams to champion core messaging across external platforms, forums, and partner networks.
Performance Analysis & Iteration: Continuously monitor content performance, AEO placements, and search rankings alongside analytics teams to refine content strategies.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in content marketing.
AEO & SEO Fluency: Strong understanding and hands-on work optimizing search performance and emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) dynamics for LLMs.
Strong Copywriting Skills: Proven ability to step in as a primary writer or seamlessly brief internal creative partners.
Strategic Thinking: Experience reviewing competitive intelligence and translating data into actionable messaging campaigns.
Industry Background (Plus): Experience in higher education, healthcare/nursing education, or subscription-based service marketing is a plus, but not required.
