About the Role

Are you a talented Program Manager with a passion for bringing order to complex operations and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to drive efficiency? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to lead cross-functional launch and go-to-market activities for frequent product bundles. In this role, you won’t just manage projects; you’ll be a strategic architect, streamlining processes, enhancing visibility, and ensuring seamless execution. Your expertise will directly influence the speed and success of product launches, impacting market reach and user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate cross-functional launch and go-to-market activities for frequent product bundles.
• Maintain and improve tracking, visibility, and reporting through daily/weekly summaries and blocker status updates.
• Prioritize work across competing requests and organize launches to create efficiency for approvers and stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools, such as prompt engineering, to automate trackers, create dashboards, and reduce manual effort.
• Bring order and efficiency to a large volume of weekly launch activities.
• Design and implement processes to group similar launches and scale launch throughput.
• Build clear, concise reporting and visibility for stakeholders.
• Drive cross-organizational change management rollout plans with impact analysis.
• Incorporate Product Excellence values and Product Inclusion.
• Charter cross-organizational programs.
• Apply OKR framework proficiency.
• Develop process automation for program monitoring.
• Conduct postmortem and escalation reporting.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5-6 years of strong program management experience, demonstrating seniority.
• High communication standards and comfort with fast-paced, chat-driven environments.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize multiple concurrent items, and adapt to shifting priorities without being overwhelmed.
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, dashboarding) to automate workflows or improve efficiency.
• Proficiency in change management rollout planning and cross-organizational program chartering.
• Knowledge of OKR framework.
• Experience with process automation for program monitoring.
• Ability to conduct postmortem and escalation reporting.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Familiarity with mobile client platforms (mCP) or working on app development is highly advantageous.
• Any technical familiarity related to AI/gen-AI contexts improves fit.
• Prior experience as a contractor for a major tech company is a plus.
