Matt is Chief Operating Officer for Aquent Scout, Aquent's platform delivering recruiting as a service via Scout's powerful talent community. He believes that technology, used well, can free us to be more human. Matt has worked in the talent and human capital space for over a decade, finding his home after a career in leadership across multiple industries including strategy consulting, banking, and higher education. Matt brings his passion for untapped human potential to all of his work, using frameworks like the Enneagram to build leaders and teams. Matt holds a BA and MBA, both from Stanford University.
