We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the execution of loyalty promotions and marketing flyers in a structured, process-focused retail marketing environment.

This contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in process-driven work, enjoys managing structured workflows, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and execution. You will focus on operational implementation, coordination, and tracking — not strategy or advanced analytics. We are looking for a fast learner who can quickly master established processes, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and maintain high accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Promotion & Campaign Execution

  • Execute loyalty promotions and marketing offers using defined workflows and documentation.
  • Manage flyer updates, promotional changes, and scheduled marketing activities.
  • Monitor reports for additions, changes, or deletions to promotional offers.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of promotional data and execution.

Workflow & Process Management

  • Follow structured operational processes and timelines.
  • Manage a detailed task calendar and recurring deadlines.
  • Track promotional timelines up to 10 weeks in advance.
  • Maintain organization across multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Provide ideas to optimize the flyer process and reduce manual intervention.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Communicate with marketing promotion planners and internal partners.
  • Coordinate updates with external vendor partners responsible for implementation.
  • Provide clear status updates and confirm changes.

Data Validation & Reporting Support

  • Run pre-built reports or queries as needed.
  • Validate data using Excel (filtering, formatting, VLOOKUP).
  • Review outputs for accuracy and completeness.

What you bring

  • Experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, project coordination, or similar marketing operational roles.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills.
  • Advanced attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Excel for data validation (filters, formatting, VLOOKUP).
  • Ability to follow structured processes and documentation.
  • Ability to manage recurring deadlines and workflow schedules.

Nice to Have

  • Retail marketing or promotions experience.
  • Exposure to loyalty programs or campaign operations.
  • Basic exposure to SQL or reporting tools (no advanced development required).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21 to $25/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
