Are you a quantitative researcher who thrives on structure, data integrity, and long-term tracking programs?
We are hiring a Customer Research Consultant to take full ownership of enterprise-level brand and perception tracking programs across multiple retail banners within our large retail client. This contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with raw survey data, managing vendors, and building executive-ready reporting.
If you’ve worked at a large market research firm (Ipsos, Kantar, TNS, etc.) or in-house at a consumer-focused enterprise organization, managing continuous tracking programs and are highly skilled in Excel/SPSS, this role offers visibility, stability, and impact.
What You’ll Own:
- End-to-end management of large-scale continuous corporate tracking programs (NPS, brand trust, loyalty, competitive brand health, corporate trust), sharing data weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Longitudinal dataset management and trendline integrity
- Uploading and stacking wave data into established reporting templates
- Managing research vendors and sample suppliers
- Maintaining enterprise scorecards that feed executive reporting
- Monitoring performance targets tied to business goals
- Identifying notable movements in trends and flagging opportunities for strategic deep dives
- Leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and automation

What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years managing continuous tracking programs (not just ad hoc research)
- Experience at a large research agency (Ipsos, Kantar, TNS, etc.)
- Strong Excel (stacking datasets, pivot tables, trend files)
- SPSS proficiency
- Deep understanding of quotas, sample plans, and weighting
- Experience working directly with research vendors​

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28 to $34/hr. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
