**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the marketing department in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
* Provide administrative and project-based assistance to full-time employees, consultants, and freelance staff.
* Create, update, and refine presentation software files for various marketing communications.
* Track and manage marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
* Facilitate clear and effective communication with external agencies and partners.
