The purpose of this team is supporting across three workstreams: community repository operations, growth and reporting; content creation; and customer and partner technical onboarding, technical enablement, and support.

 This role will contribute to act as an extension of the Team to build, maintain, support, and improve these community and partner assets within the defined engagement period.
â—‹ Maintain and manage customer-facing GitHub repositories.
â—‹ Manage Discovery community repository operations and maintain repository assets.
â—‹ Support onboarding of community-contributed content and maintain documentation and governance processes.
â—‹ Curate scientific workflows, agents, skills, reusable sample packages, and starter kits.
â—‹ Create blogs, tutorials, videos, onboarding guides, documentation, and workshop materials.
â—‹ Triage customer and partner questions, investigate issues related to community assets, and coordinate with Microsoft subject matter experts.
â—‹ Provide technical support for partner onboarding to Microsoft Discovery, including environment setup guidance, integration troubleshooting, sample validation, and escalation coordination with Microsoft engineering and product SMEs.
â—‹ Track recurring customer feedback, usage signals, improvement opportunities, and community engagement metrics.

The ideal candidate would be someone with knowledge in scientific computing, version control, and agentic AI for science and Experience creating technical content such as blogs, tutorials, videos, onboarding guides, and customer-facing learning materials, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and support customer enablement through workshops, demonstrations, and technical onboarding activities.
 

MUST HAVE SKILLS

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience with GitHub repository and with understanding and familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and machine learning concepts of API/MCP
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience using software engineering practices in scientific applications and exposure to simulations, computational science, or related domains
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience Program Management & Technical Coordination and support
