We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our client’s team as a Senior Presentation Designer. In this pivotal part-time, ad hoc role (0-20 hours/weekly), you will be instrumental in transforming complex business initiatives into clear, visually compelling executive-level presentations. Your work will directly support leadership and communication efforts, ensuring that critical messages resonate with impact across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your advanced design skills and strategic thinking to create powerful visual narratives that drive understanding and influence key decisions within a fast-paced corporate environment.

What you will do:

• Design high-impact executive presentations, leadership decks, and corporate communications, primarily utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Translate intricate business information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling presentations for executive audiences.
• Collaborate with various business stakeholders to develop presentation materials that are strategically aligned with business objectives.
• Craft visually engaging slides that simplify complex data while rigorously maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop presentation templates, visual frameworks, infographics, charts, and other reusable assets to enhance efficiency and consistency across all materials.
• Ensure all presentation materials are meticulously polished, accurate, and executive-ready, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
• Manage multiple presentation requests concurrently, consistently meeting deadlines in a dynamic corporate setting.
• Uphold visual identity and presentation standards across all created materials.
• Proactively recommend improvements to presentation structure, messaging flow, and visual storytelling to maximize audience engagement.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather content, clarify messaging, and refine presentations through iterative review cycles.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience designing executive presentations within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint is essential.
• Proven experience supporting executive leadership, corporate communications, or internal business teams.
• Strong understanding of information hierarchy, visual storytelling principles, typography, layout, and presentation design best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical or business content into clear, engaging visual presentations.
• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with a track record of successful collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while consistently delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
