About the Opportunity

As a key member of a growing social content engine, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling short-form video that resonates across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. This dynamic role calls for someone who thrives on both rapid-fire trend turnarounds and crafting premium, brand-defining narratives. Imagine capturing breathtaking moments from stunning destinations and vibrant experiences, then transforming them into content that inspires and engages. What You’ll Do

• Shoot and edit short-form video for social media, encompassing both trend-responsive content with rapid turnarounds and premium content developed over days or weeks.
• Translate creative briefs and direction into polished, finished content independently.
• Adapt video style, pacing, and format to optimize engagement across diverse platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Capture content with exciting opportunities for occasional travel for production, including destinations, events, and shoots alongside creators and influencers.
• Stay continuously informed on social trends, popular sounds, content formats, and editing techniques, actively sharing this knowledge with the team.
• Manage your own gear, develop shot lists, and handle basic production logistics efficiently on set and in the field.
• Collaborate effectively with the social team, influencer program, and cross-functional partners on various shoots.

What You’ll Bring

• An impressive portfolio or reel showcasing both fast-turnaround trend content and more produced, premium work.
• Strong shooting fundamentals, including composition, lighting, and audio, with comfort running solo or as part of a small crew.
• Editing fluency in Premiere, CapCut, or similar industry-standard software.
• A proven track record of taking broad direction and independently delivering exceptional results.
• Demonstrated experience in on-set and field production.
• Comfort with occasional travel as a core component of the role.

Bonus Points

• Photography experience.
• Motion graphics and/or sound design experience.
