**Ignite Customer Engagement as a Digital Marketing Specialist**

In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You’ll be the architect behind engaging email, push, and onsite experiences, working closely with design teams and social media partners to bring innovative strategies to life. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing customer discovery, driving traffic, and optimizing content delivery on a massive scale, ensuring every interaction is meaningful and effective.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and launch engaging email and push campaigns in alignment with strategic objectives.
* Create and manage onsite campaigns for a prominent digital platform’s homepage.
* Contribute to the strategic development and execution roadmap for email, push, and onsite merchandising initiatives.
* Oversee and drive the creative development process for campaigns, collaborating closely with dedicated design teams.
* Partner with external agencies to support and amplify organic social media activations.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and progress against goals to senior management.
* Edit and publish content to the site using Content Management Systems, including basic HTML and XML modifications.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree.
* 3+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, push, mobile, and/or display.
* Proven ability to write customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored for online audiences.
* Proficiency with Content Management Systems and the ability to edit basic HTML and XML.
* Comfortable with Excel, including advanced functionalities like VLookups and Pivot tables, for data manipulation and analysis.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience coordinating teams and communicating effectively with senior management.
* 3+ years of experience in onsite merchandising.
* Expertise in content management systems and coding for dynamic content delivery (e.g., JSON).
* Experience with advanced digital campaign management platforms/tools.
* Demonstrated experience in content creation and partnership with design agencies, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience managing large-scale digital, email, and push marketing programs.
* Proficiency with A/B or multivariate testing methodologies.
* Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies.
* Experience with organic social media management.
* Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting.
* Possess relentlessly high standards and a meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects efficiently under strict deadlines.
* A confident, self-motivated individual with a strong, demonstrable bias for action.
* Proven ability to deliver results and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) applicable to this role.
