We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to drive essential qualification testing initiatives. This pivotal role will place you at the heart of ensuring the highest quality and efficiency of components that power next-generation technological advancements. You will be instrumental in optimizing processes, fostering collaboration, and making data-driven decisions that directly influence the successful deployment of cutting-edge hardware.

As a key contributor, you will own and manage the end-to-end qualification process for vital technology components. Your expertise will ensure that all hardware meets stringent quality standards, directly supporting the continuous evolution and scaling of large-scale technology environments. You will collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams, driving on-time qualifications and contributing to the operational growth and efficiency of crucial technology deployments.

**Responsibilities:**

* Own, manage, and drive the end-to-end component qualification process and progress.
* Execute detailed program management for qualification testing initiatives, including product configuration layout, determining hardware quantity, tracking hardware purchases, and managing testing facility space and capacity.
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure timely qualifications, meeting production and non-production requirements within the current supply environment.
* Lead the component qualification request, scheduling, and prioritization with stakeholders across the supply chain organization, working with internal testing facilities for seamless execution.
* Partner with engineering teams to efficiently track pre-qualification activities, streamlining downstream processes.
* Work with program leads to drive automation, process efficiency projects, resolve critical component qualifications, and support operational growth.
* Forge strong relationships with engineers and technical teams involved in hardware component testing and performance analysis.
* Lead weekly virtual team meetings to update and track the progress and status of qualifications with all stakeholders.
* Interface with new product introduction and product qualification teams to identify and qualify components for next-generation infrastructure deployment.
* Collaborate with non-production and spares lifecycle management teams to define spares component qualification requirements, including hardware and sample dependencies.
* Develop and implement analytics to measure key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency.
* Utilize various data visualization and project management tools to make data-driven decisions and create dashboards for leadership communication.
* Actively contribute to process and system efficiency improvements to reduce component qualification cycle time through analytical solutions.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* BS/BA degree in Electrical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Economics.
* 3 to 5 years of related work experience in program management, qualification testing, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Strong background in Supply Chain Operations.
* Proven experience in Program Management.
* Familiarity with hardware management in large-scale technology environments.
* Expertise in strategic planning.
